My idea was what if bosses had parts of their body (it would have to be a very large boss), where they’re invulnerable and rotating areas where they can take damage. It would force u to stop attacking and make u run around to those areas where u can dmg them. And during that time you’d have to learn the attack patterns of the boss and dodge their attacks

And u can make the vulnerable zones either follow or ignore TLC depending on how hard u want it to be
