however, because the power difference between Scire and everyone else is so massive, its literally better to use any other modern tank.
outting Luna in the team will remove the elemental restriction, so an Icce tank like wanshi will become useful for supporting dark

I have two questions that I never got an actual answer to:
When you have a 4pc and a 2pc they will have an optimal place of going for example 4pc top and 2pc bottom but how does it actually work? Like Ik the bottom and top impact different stats but you'll still get 3 at top and at bottom so you're supposed to get the same stats anyway, Unless some sets get a bigger impact when placed at the bottom or top?
The other question is abt resonances: ppl would say that you have for example to get atk top and core passive bottom but I seem to get atk and crit bottom too, so what would happen if I get a core passive in the top resonance and atk in the bottom?
(I am a new player and I'd rather understand how stuff works rather than put this piece in this place without knowing the how and why)
