Those are the most used rotations wanshi has at hand

18 > 30 > 12 is used most commonly with 3s wanshi and ss0 qu since she struggles with later waves so wanshi has to pick up some slack

Lilith is pretty much the exact same

Rotations are easy but actually using her well is complete brainfck
