In a sense, it's plausible considering the calibration system in the weapon banner as right now

So in a case you have 2 unused 6 star weapons and just lost to a weapon banner rate up, you can scrap 3 weapons for the weapon you wanted

And keep the calibration for the next Character debut to guarantee their signature weapon

This doesn't apply if one of the 3 weapons is actually still useful

Scrapping useful weapons will never be worth it

Her weapon is good but feels like ass without resonance at least you notice the missing benefit

barely use her now, but when I do, I only use one fast hold dodge ult for the kill
before wanshi, I used either 1 hold basic ult or 2x hold basic ult for the kills, or at some very rare kills, 1 dodge + 2x basic ults
I don't remember ever doing 1 dodge + 1 basic ult, the dmg thresholds for the kill were never matching for that
