You see, these 2 units are on another generation for an Amplifier

And their buffs are certainly higher than the previous Amplifier units

Using them and pairing it with Oblivion that will convert all of the buffs from the said amplifier to be utilized by Startrail, would actually give you more buff

Compared to using the previous generation amplifier, including Feral Scent
