the priority is usually the event constructs and their sig and cubs, and people pull cubs if they have spare bc and the set aside constructs that are not with the event are usually slowly building it up, you have to use 5 star weap temporarily until you can slowly buy their sig using the weapon ticket, they don't use bc when pulling their sig unless necessary

all this time i played solo nanami, use garnet for the r2 wp,
