1. lilith didn't use lingya (causing suboptimal damage to pyro)
2. you switched to pyro on the worst time (before any enemy even spawn), causing her to underperform
3. you did wrong button input on pyro (half of it caused by point no2)
4. when you switched to knightnami you did basic atk -> ult, twice (waste of time). When it should've been 2x3p + yellow -> hold basic attack for slam -> ult, then 2x3p + yellow -> basic atk spam -> ult (do this rot for plasma, on every switch)
5. you wasted time looking around or hesitating on what to do with pyro
6. you said your pyro is ss3, yet you played her like she's ss0 (you didn't utilize her dimension slash mechanic, cuz it gives a flood of energy immediately for ult)
7. your pyro rotation are chaotic

just depends on the order, like one of them deals a % of the boss's current hp, so technically you could do more damage if you did that order first before hitting the boss, while another one does mroe damage if boss is already below a certain amount, so if you can push that border by doing boss first then you'd do that. but it takes like 20 people to activate an order and everyone can only hit one node so people aren't going to coordinate to that level. even the simple coordination of deciding which order to do first is largely ignored now due to how much damage new units do
