there are two things affix and element affix are sort of sub element that has its own stages and you need specific units that have that affix

elemental shred works on corresponsive effect, for example fire shred works on ignition affix; lightning works on ion etc.
for affix team u want whole team; element teams can be made with some copium if u are missing some parts, like there's wanshi, lilith luna for dark or ice
