resonance command is for weapon, in build u choose build u going to use, for example main dps on liltih is when she is in dark team as main dps, so 4 signature memory + 4 cottie; any atk variant means on top resonance u want to roll any +15 atk, doesnt matter which, on bottom resonance u want signature move; if lilith was support ( 4 dv 4 guin ) bottom reso u want class
