generally he needs 3 different sets:
ice wz: 4chen 4liston atk/ult
ice ppc: 4chen 4dv atk/class
nihil/glacio: 4chen 4liston atk/class (nihil is not a concern if you have ishmael at this point, glacio will become relevant from next patch with selena's debut)

ideally u wanna put the 4chen in the grid cause higher base atk and harmo the listons

however if u cant harmo him anytime soon you will put the 4 liston in the grid with 2 ein for now and go from there later . you lose reso/htune efficiency this way but oh well. it is what it is
