Next let's discuss Elemental teams:
Firstly you need the 4pc elemental shred sets; Fire, Dark, Ice or Light, if you don't have space for it, you use 2pc Einstina instead, the extra shred upon QTE application is very important. If you do have space you use them both.

Next would be Guin, 2PC is enough but if you can put a 4PC because of Harmonization, then go for it.

With that, if you are running something like a Solo DPS, your healer would hold 4DV and 2Guin, and your tank would be Holding 4pc shred and 2pc Eins
