• Skill Buffs.
  There is one Skill Buff Resonance for every skill on the character (Basic attack, Orbs, Ult, etc.). They increase that skills level by 1. This can go past the max of 18.

When you resonate a memory, the buff you get is random. But you can reroll repeatedly until its the one you want
