If you don't care about that at all it's less significant

PGR during the first year was much more relaxed on this where sigs didn't have massive passives on them, but this changed over time.

On the other hand, we are in a greedy genre, gacha games don't care much and are mainly orientated around keeping their profit afloat while maintaining a decent rep. Like PGR is pretty genereous compared to hoyo games like hsr and hi3, but still isn't amazing.

And also fomo is a general massive thing, things you've missed before are hard to get in any gacha ive touched till now so yeah universal swipe to fix acc is the solution devs have for late beginners, or cope till its fixed.
