• redo your warzone 6 times - it counts so it'll be 6 attempts done
• do Outlier of Phantom Paincage - weak bosses, faster clear, and it counts. Do 9 stages and you'll have 9 attempts done
• Day 1 login
• Clear Spice and Salt event
• You'll still need to wait for Day 3 login reward to complete the 60 pulls. But rest assured, the above will give around 50+ pulls already.

That's the fastest way to get Lilith, now it depends on you if you have saved your serum vials to use them today or not to fast clear the missions.
