The problem is that Karen's rotation is very fast or very slow depending on what you want to do

If you want to take advantage of the Amplifier Buff + Deer (equiped on amp) You have to make Karen complete her entire rotation in less than 8 seconds (7s ideally), so you have at least another 10 ded seconds where you should use the off-elemental amplifier, which will not do any damage

The other option is to prolong Karen's spin for more than 10 seconds (iirc 12s is the max) by having her hit the ground 3 times, but that will cause the ultimate to lose the amplifier buff
