Unfortunately most (if not all) need their sigs too, which is where funds start to become tight

If you get really lucky with your pulls you can push for weapons

But being a new players gives an advantage in this department too

If you grind out all events/weeklies/dailies/whatever alongside permanent events like stronghold, Alternative modes, story, etc, then you can probably push for quite a few weapons

But that is gonna require a lot of time and effortt
