The reality is their dps (at similar investment) should be roughly the same, it's just that Crit dps units may appear to have bigger numbers at once, while Anomaly dps units only have their big numbers appear on DoT, disorder, or Anomaly proc dmg.

Pulao dmg comes more from basics weaved with orbs, but Lamia is just Orb spam and signature dmg, while the basics don't really contribute to her dmg.
