You want more damage, but in general minmaxing memories isn't priority in most cases. You can put 2p sets in top slots and change them freely, because you don't need to upgrade memories for dmg buff

You can leave top memories on lvl 1, but you need to upgrade them if you want to get infinita rank (pick color of 3 pings in the beginning of battle)

If you're tight on resources you can level the 4 Alphonse as you won't be swapping them and leave cottie at lv1 as the memory effects aren't dependent on memory level. This way you can swap from 2 cottie to 2 eins and test it out.

Crit is worthless. Crit only works for phys damage, but alisa already give you 100% crit chance

also you want guarantee all new characters first before even considering pulling 6-star weapon
f2ps can get few 6-star weapons depends on luck which is a big factor due to the few excess black cards the game economy gives you

• PGR: the least consumer unfriendly gacha that I have tried, two accs (dolphin / f2p)
• Reverse1999: the game is simply not that hard, daily farm is easy and content fairly light, I really like the game's artstyle and characters are charming (dolphin)

• Sword of Convallaria: I really like the story and I really missed some SRPG gameplay, this game came right up my alley (f2p)

low importance:

• GFL2: g**ner feet gacha, with updates devoid of content and tedious daily autoplay grind, I'm getting bored as there's isnt much to play (f2p)
• ZZZ: I barely keep up with hoyoslop, just dailies and log off sometimes I do events and thats it... (f2p won't spend on hoyo)
• HSR: I actually didn't logged on this one for two weeks... and still stuck in first region of the game lol, not feeling it rn (f2p won't spend on hoyo)

high importance:
PGR: the least consumer unfriendly gacha that I have tried, two accs (dolphin / f2p)
Reverse1999: the game is simply not that hard, daily farm is easy and content fairly light, I really like the game's artstyle and characters are charming (dolphin)
