I'm Honor Rank 22, and every time it goes up, it says my "Stamina Limit" is increasing; but it doesn't increase the amount of Serum I can hold or anything, and I can't find any notable changes. I assume it's just a prestige since I'm over a certain level, but I still have no clue what exactly it is, or what it's doing.
