If you are playing meta oriented as this game demands for competition, you shouldn't skip any new character and shouldn't pull on any previous characters (except for now, you should pull Oblivion or epitaph from the base selector)
Only themed 60 pity banner, sig banner, cub banner and base character banner(don't use black cards there though) is recommended to pull on if you're F2P

If you don't want to go with meta you can do anything
