Unlike other Character with effects, who have to go out of their way to activate them or do some extra steps, Wanshi's effect doesn't waste extra time to trigger

So unless it deals less damage, is there ever a scenario I wanna go the normal hold red orb route, rather than hold dodge for glaciation?
