Wanshi bullet mechanics works as follows:

Swap in: Reloads entire chamber of 6 bullets
Hold Red to enter Calib mode: Gain a backup reload
Dodge + Tap Red -> gain 3 bullets (Solo only)
When Wanshi's Hold Basic/ Red Spam runs out of bullets entirely, he will throw out the backup reload and you can press red to dash to the reload and reload all 6 bullets (this uses up the backup, so you have no backup until you hold red again)

When Holding Basic, it will show a second cylinder and unload 12 bullets, instantly reloading itself (without using backup reload) and then unload another 12, for total of 24
If you cancel the Hold Basic via Ult right at the midpoint, you have a free reloaded chamber without using the backup (this is relevant for triple ult strats only)

What you want to do is the following
I'll label the modes as red vs basic for the inputs and the number indicates how many bullets to spam
Reload is only specifically when you use the backup reload
Double Ult Wanshi:

first swap: Swap in (Refill bullets) -> Hold Red (gain backup reload) -> 6red -> reload (use backup) -> 6red -> ult1 -> Swap off
second onwards: Swap in (Refill bullets) -> Hold Red (gain backup) -> 24 hold basic (let the whole anim run through) -> reload (use backup) -> ult2 -> Hold Red (gain backup) -> 6 red -> reload (use backup) -> 6 red -> ult1
