and gains 1 white pip
basic attacking a marked enemy will deal trueslash dmg based on the mark count
and regen 2 orbs per white pip (and consume it)

this is a way to regen orbs for cope phys rotation

and the main way to regen orbs for trueslash rotation
its a trueslash thing basically
trueslash does
3blue (max gauge) -> tap ult (pulse) -> 3blue (max gauge) -> tap ult (pulse) to generate more marks and pips
