Both of them at that specific rank (ss0 + sig hanying vs sss+ rosetta) have same shred numbers on paper

HOWEVER:
Hanying deals significantly more dmg than even balter
Hanying has a shred field for 12 seconds during and after Ult, this is a map wide shred field that applies 80% def down and 10% phys res down on EVERY enemy EVERY second (the shred ticks last 8s)

This means for 12s during and after hanying’s ult, every enemy will be shredded permanently
(this doesn’t apply to catherine 2pc however, you need to balter qte/3ping to apply that)

The shred field combined with her insane dmg output over rosetta makes it a complete stomp

and this is before we talk about the fact that hanying has trueslash enabling support while rosetta does not
given the state of kuro pushing for affix content more and more in recent times, Hanying’s usage is definitely going to be twofold that of hanying’s because she has a meta team slot in both phys and trueslash elements
