Scire leap is like some qol and whatnot but the main purpose is to enable her to generate ion gauge

adds glaciation buff and moves

the leaps don’t improve the original element moveset enough to stall powercreep anyways

Scire leap lasted 6~ months in ion before Lilith took over the role
Balter leap lasted 6 months in phys (while already being powercrept by hanying) before selena straight up replaced her

This is why CW leap ended up doing nothing to stop nanami from obliterating her the same patch
