the issue with ballard is that he attacks you right away, so you can't exactly build up blaze orbs for your 1st rota
there is a trick to delay his attack, you have to dodge forward right after swap and get close to him (but must be fast)
this way you have time to use 3 pings for extra bullets and get off 5 blaze orbs in 1st rota (3 blaze orbs from bullets + 2 from parry)
