I mean the main point of wata is sub dps (WAY weaker than luna in void) but more importantly shred value (that's why we have to put up with shakes wata)

If you can get someone who does comparable dmg while providing better shred for luna, then it's a win (even better if your wanshi is r1, since he can use shred reso and isn't tired to dlt like shakes wata)
