if you buy cub bp you get 10 pulls + 8k vouchers +5 char shards which i would say is more worth than 3 pulls
but it depends on your bc situation, whether you need bc rn for sig or char or you can afford going for cub
generally though as a new player you have a ton of permanent bc available in story ect (like 30-40k bc worth) so you should be able to afford all of new sigs if you grind it and then all new cubs too if you buy cub bp
