the rota is:
swap > 3p > dodge > 3p > dodge > hold basic > ult1 > pings as needed > ult2

also, you use Huaxu website to share your teams/units easily, and people here can help you pick the right setups and buffs to make Norman a little bit easier.. (but no 100% guarantee you can clear in early - mid game)

as a rule of thumb, i start with lower electricity aka "batteries" on stage 1 to see if i can clear..
IF i can clear with little to zero batteries, then i can allocate the batteries to the next teams/stages
PS you can exit a current stage without aborting previous progress made (so you can adjust setup and batteries)
