When you fill a bar and it starts to drain she enters a second mode where Ult is enhanced

Enhanced Ult consumes 80% of her HP, stunlocks her into a recovery where she heals 80% max hp over time, and adds 2 noise stacks
noise stacks prevent enhanced ult from triggering, and 1 stack is removed when Selena swaps into field
