It works really well for me, the only damage loss coming from the 3 sets of 3 pings outside of hypermatrix during it's cooldown, but by the time you have 3 sets recorded, you have matrix ready for the 4th 3 ping in hypermatrix

To reach this on global, you would have to spend over 4K.
