You should theoretically be able to buy 9 monthlies over the 90~ish day period of 2 patches

but since the extra monthlies are non refreshable 30 day packs

you are missing the extra monthlies for 15 days a patch

what you can actually buy is 7 monthlies every 2 triple patches
3 from original monthly cycle over 90 days (30 x 3) + 2 extra 30 day packs each patch
hence 7

So its not even a proper 3x income for monthly players even if you were willing to spend that much

ARRIVAL - rerun banner that rotates every uhh 2 weeks. has 3 older chars in the pool. bad, don't pull there. you can't afford it considering you want to pull all new units + 70% rateup means you can lose it. unless ur very casual I guess + dead set on getting some old unit you like but better get them from anniversary/wishing banners or some selectors ffs

WISHING - a special banner up rn that allows you to pick one char in the pool at 100% rateup.
it's pretty good if you can actually afford to pull on it and are missing someone really important. you are one of the latter, but not in the former category for sure

ALSO
the banner variations that have FATE in their names, don't pull on those. they have higher chances per pull, but much higher pitys. with average income you can easily hit pity on the normal 60pity banner for each new char and even have some spares still
