There will be another larger selector you get from doing beginner missions, from that one you will want to pick Rosetta Rigor
There is also a selection tool on the Base Banner that let's you choose any S-rank at least 2 patches old and then pull for them; save that for Watanabe Epitaph when he gets added next patch
