Probably because u mixed up human mode core orb with ult core orb
When human core orb is already at max level before ult1 even though the icon is the same
Or can be the other way around
When u maxed ult mode core orb and use ult 2 and didn't used core orb in human mode before using 3p
That way before you actually use core orb, u can't upgrade it because it's already max
It's quite trippy to think how it happened
