You can’t because matrix is on CD. So to trigger enter the fray again you must do 3+1p (need 3 sigils for hold atk core, enter the fray grants 1) > 2x 3p for last 2 sigils > hold atk for core then you can ult again

basically. hold dodge should only be used during matrix. 1st rota procs matrix via 3+1 ping (or just 1ping if it's your very first rota cause u cast a 3p on intro), then you do a couple BAs to get more orbs then hold dodge for the swirl attack into ult1 matrix ping ult2.

since you wont have matrix for the 2nd rota you dont do hold dodge there. the hold BA on 3 stacks is used to proc core on the 2nd rota (which was procced by the 3+1 on the first rota)
