Okay so, in PGR, the new limited characters are CRITICAL to obtain (if you want to play meta and such,) It also has extremely high team building requiremends end game compared to genshin where you need 2 teams and wuwa you need 2.5 MAYBE. Anyway pulling for feral 21 is like pulling for Feral 21 is like pulling for a rerun in genshin of a subdps that works but isnt worth building

If you are 4 days new you should definitely read alot of the help guides and also determine if you are going to be f2p or spend at all. With the pulls you get starting out, get one copy of the limited new char. You also get alot of free selectors early on and those should be used after consulting a guide or here;)
