okay let me explain this in a much better way we have 4 types of banner Theme Banner Fate Theme Banner, Arrival banner and Fate Arrival
the difference between theme and fate theme is that in theme we have a bit less chance to get the S rank construct but the pity is lower than the Fate theme banner while in Fate theme banner the pity is alot higher but chance to get S rank is higher same thing with arrival banner
now the difference between theme banner and arrival banner is that theme banner is the banner for debuting character like right now Watanabe Epitaph just released so he is in the theme banner as debuting character the theme banner has full pool of available A-Rank Constructs and one S-Rank Construct. This S-Rank will usually be the featured character upon a major patch release and the s rank charcter has 100% chance to be given but this 100% chance does not mean you will pull it on first 10 pull (you could if your luck is really good) but what it means when you hit the 6 star construct luck you are guranteed you will get the debuting character while the arrival banner contains the full pool of available A-Rank Constructs and S-Rank Constructs. The S-Rank characters featured on this banner will rotate every two weeks. The featured character will have a 70% chance to be obtained upon achieving a 6☆ reward via the base 0.5% drop rate or reaching pity.
