they are also available in the voucher shop but you shouldnt buy them there as vouchers should go towards character shards

and also they are sometimes available in some paid packs and rarely as event rewards or whatnot

but your consistent income of those is still from war zone

and theyre very valuable cuz they allow you to pick which reso to get instead of rerolling random one like with memory dupes
