idk what you did but in my experience when i rerolled 30 accounts on day one even if you get extra serum from mail and idk if you waste black cards on serum the max you hitting is 40 not above that you will be out of serum real quick what you would do is play story till chapter 2 stage 2 unlock resrouce tab do any one of the resrouce mission 13 times to reach lvl 20 than you need to win the luck game to get good guide missions than play story / try to finish those guide missions reach lvl 30+ while also completeting daily missions after completing chapter 2 hidden stage one you unlock guardian operation around this part you will be lvl 31 + if you do almost all the battle missions you would be around lvl 35 - 37 and if you picked right guide missions like warzone stages or 2 supply crate or one supply crate you will hit lvl 40 but as far as my experience go not always you will get lucky not always it will work out like that so i would say with confidence with out wasting serum all on resource tab missions and playing with the method i suggested and getting a bit lucky max level on day 1 of log in on the account is 37
