Hi to answer your question you can farm Black cards (BC) in various ways first up you can get bc by playing the story you get around 30 bc for each chapter of the main story and 50 bc for hidden story second method would be Goal tab missions from goal tab give you around 50 to 100 bc aside from that playing tutorial for construct will give you 10 bc but for not all constructs in interlude story quest for constructs you can get some bc for each constructs interlude story besides that you can get some bc from event missions and you can farm bc by doing weekly missions of Phantom Pain Cage and Warzone i think those are all the ways you can get Black Cards
