The only good harmony set for brs is 4 Shakespeare and 4 Hanna, the rest is barely better than no harmo options for builds
It is also good to consider that harmo mats is REALLY REALLY rare, using it on BRS that is an A rank with quite poor performance would be a steal in value and a bad trade
You might want to reconsider before getting harmo for her

Rotation wise
Start with glory, switch to kaleido and do her rotation
3 orb ping and hold basic attack to use the paint until you can use her ultimate, use her ultimate and use all of the 3 orb pings (only) and use 2nd ultimate, swap to plume after you're done and play plume like how you supposed to, after you used all orb on plume and ult with her , swap to glory and hold basic to activate his freezing field, use all orb and swap to kaleido as soon as her cool down is up
Rinse and repeat afterwards
