The first selector consist of very old s rank character that's pretty much already in the game since year 1, and by this point considering all future characters and existing character, Nanami: Pulse is the least useless one to pick from 5 options Selector.

Same story as the second selector with 10 pick options, Rosetta: Rigor being the least useless unit to pick from the selector considering all kind of team you can build from each options and their relevancy.

The recommendation is really just which one that's gonna be the least useless because those are quite outdated selector already and we already figured that out.
