Although if one element on your account is weak you can run off ele since each stage will have buffs for the element off rotation

So like say if your dark team sucks and dark is in rot (20% dmg bonus), you can run fire instead which isn't in rot and any stage you play will have a 10% dmg bonus for that element

Affixes are irrelevant in Norman although that might change once the affix meta is rounded out
