I kind of have this question about shreds, like, do they refresh depending on the most recent one, or does it maintain the higher one?
Like, imagine if you attack with Hanying and give a 100% def shred, but then you qte on Rosetta after, would it become 80% or it keeps being 100%?

2. Reso selector (usb): this lets you choose the reso
   In both cases the reso is fixed and requires a new material to change

Wep reso can be generated from

1. Any weapon of same rarity type
2. Wep reso usb (norman)
   In both cases wep reso is not static and can be changed whenever
