attackers only have a slight damage buff

for the damage calculation, debuffs have a greater effect than buffs in most cases

if you can see the duration based on only a time (2 pc dv, 2 pc guin, 2 amplifier) its affected by timestop

if the duration is tied to a condition (4pc dv needing all 3 units to stay on field) it isnt atfected by timestop

if your buff is tied to an entity ( 4 pc guin being a drone, garnet flag, it isnt affected by timestop)

All buffs in the game, affected by timestop or not will stay on you until your ult ends.
