Theres 2 weeks fully reset which brings new stages 14 stages.
But if the appeared stages cleared before the winstreaks rewards not reset only the 1500 point and got only that rewards.

since its 3 bosses with 5 stages, you just use 3 strongest teams you have and allocate them accordingly to stages and bosses. clear early stages with the bad teams, save your best team for final stages.
being off element is not the end of the world, though being on element helps a ton
