1. PGR banners are generally divided into 2 types based on the pity and rates
   a. 60 pity - the rate up of the character is 0.5% [This banner is recommended]
   b. 80~100 pity (Fate banner) - the rate up of the character is 1.5% [Never pull this type of banner]

2. The banners are divided into 3 main categories
   a. Basic - you can choose A rank characters in this banner while the S rank is random if you hit pity. This banner has 40 pity if you are a newbie and once you hit that pity the pity changes to 60.
   Note - If an A rank Omniframe is on debut, they'll have 100% rateup on this banner. Otherwise every A rank Omniframe is on 80% rate.
   b. Weapon banner - there are 2 types of weapon banners
   i. Target weapon banner - you can choose the 6*/signature weapon.
   ii. Basic weapon banner - the same as above mentioned banner but you cannot choose the 6*/signature weapon [not recommended to pull unless you get tickets for it for free]
   c. S rank Omniframe debut banner - appears every S rank Omniframe patch. This banner has the debut S rank Omniframe at 100% rate (you have to hit the pity and it's guaranteed to drop the debut character). This banner has 2 types
   i. One with 60 pity
   ii. One with 80~100 pity
   (I mentioned which one to pull above)
