I would go for Kaleido first so that you have your DPS for ice
but you could also get Alisa to have a more or less competent phys team with Rosetta + Alisa

from the standard banner rateup I would recommend getting crimson weave
she and stigmata are the prime candidates but it is very good to progress your account horizontally and set up as many teams of different elements as you can
since if you don't pick cw, you wouldn't have a proper functional lightning team for a very long time
but ig if you get stigmata you would have a full complete meta phys team but sacrificing lightning team is not worth

if you mean the battle pass shard selectors, just get Rosetta shards from there for now, her SS is incredibly valuable + there is no other choice really for now
