well the reason why you reso dlt > tank > amp > attacker is because dlt is prob the most important reso for any up to date unit

tanks give shred and extra damage reduction reduction (lol) and that stat is super important (prob the most important of all the stat increases out there)

amps give buffs so they are next on the list

then finally attackers because having some extra damage boost helps
just not to the extent of the above
