How Nanami shred works is this:
At base, no Sig Mem
Nanami QTEs deal 1 initial hit of dmg, then DoT on the location for 8s (ticks every second)
At base, only the FIRST HIT shreds Lightning RES
If Nanami is in Burn DPS mode, she shreds Fire RES instead

After Ult, Nanami leaves a field for 12s that also does damage over time every second.
It deals Lightning DMG, or Burn DMG if in Burn Mode

With Sig Mem,
the DoT from QTE and the DoT from post-ult field now can shred their respective elemental RES

At SS,
Nanami will always summon a QTE when swapping off field

Base QTE Shred is 25% Light and 25% Fire
SS3 buffs both to 35%
SSS buffs both to 45%

For instance Supports can still trigger self heals, while on field, but Amplifiers can't to my understanding (besides Feral)
